We are also looking for people with the relevant experience to act as Bar Managers. Please let us know if you are interested in this role.

There is a huge amount of work that goes into setting up this amazing event. The Rail Ale Crew start setting up the stillage and bars a few weeks before the Festival. If you would like to be part of this and could give some time, please let us know and we will add you to the Rail Ale Crew WhatsApp group.
From Sunday 11th May we will be ready for line cleaning and general dressing of the venue. We need people at some point every day until the Festival opens on Thursday 15th May, so as much or as little time you could give would be hugely appreciated. And we’ll keep you fed and watered…
More hands make light work!!
If you need any information on set up and take down, please let us know.
Volunteers are the life blood of the Rail Ale Festival - you make it the great success it is and we look forward to hearing from you.
